Meet Our Team
David is a graduate of Creighton University. He joined Maloof Commercial Real Estate in 1972. As President, he is responsible for consultative brokerage, tenant representation, landlord/owner representation, lease acquisition, sales acquisition and brokerage opinion of value, office construction feasibility and multi-market office/warehouse requirements. In 1997, he earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment broker) designation and earned the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation in April 1999. David has built Maloof Commercial up to achieve a 65% market share of the commercial listings in the Peoria area. Additionally, he has ownership in several limited partnerships within the tri-county area.
Daniel joined Maloof Commercial Real Estate in 1981. Since then, Dan has focused on the marketing and sale of commercial, industrial and investment properties in Central Illinois. His knowledge of building values, development costs, trends, governing bodies and constraints have made him a trusted source for his clients, serving as an expert witness relative to building use and values, representing both local banks and nationwide financial institutions in the evaluation and disposition of their assets.
As Vice President, Dan leads the marketing effort and is responsible for tenant representation, landlord/owner representation, consultative brokerage, lease acquisition, sales acquisition and brokerage opinion of value analysis, property management and new construction, office construction feasibility and multi-market office/warehouse requirements. Dan’s commercial real estate portfolio total over 1,000,000 square feet.
As a 3rd generation Illinoisan, Dan was born and raised in Peoria and has a unique perspective on the development trends shaping the tri-county area and its future growth.
Larry Joined Maloof Commercial in 1996 as a sales associate. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rockford College with majors in economics and business. He has over 28 years of experience in the commercial banking and investment industries. As a past financial/banking Vice President and a professional consultant in the business and commercial real estate industries.
Larry’s expertise encompasses financial analysis, property assessment and negotiating sale/purchases of existing businesses. This expertise makes him invaluable for the sale of an existing business or the sale/lease of a commercial property.
Jason graduated from Florida Atlantic University, where he played Division 1 soccer. He then moved to New York City, where he taught for six years in the public school system. Jason moved back to his hometown of Peoria in 2008 to start a family where he then joined Maloof Commercial.
As a broker, Jason is responsible for tenant/corporate representation, owner/landlord representation, sales and leasing of industrial, office and retail facilities, development, site selection and brokerage opinion of value analysis. Some of Jason’s current clients include Caterpillar, Infotech, Goodwill Industries, Five Guy’s, Ray Eldridge Jewelry and Wells Fargo.
Zac Maloof is a graduate of DePaul University, where he got a B.S. in Commerce with a focus on real estate. Zac worked in Chicago, Illinois as a leasing agent for Lakeview Associates and for Apartment Savvy from 2007-2009. He then relocated to Peoria and started as a property manager and broker at Maloof Commercial in June 2009. As a broker, he has worked with OSF Healthcare, Kroger, Peoria Rescue Ministries, Great Harvest Bread Company, Samaritan Ministries, and several other local property owners, investors, and bank-owned distressed properties. He is part of the Peoria North Rotary and helps give back to the community and serves others. As a property manager, he is responsible for the day-to-day needs for our many tenants in the tri-county area.
Madison Maloof is graduate of Bradley University where she received a B.A. in Organizational Communications. From there, she moved to Chicago and began working in the information technology and services industry, focusing on SalesForce administration and database management.
Madison began working for Maloof Commercial Real Estate in February of 2018 and is a licensed broker. In addition to the sale and leasing of commercial properties, she provides administrative support by assisting with marketing, providing brokerage opinion of value analyses, and managing the technological growth of the company.
Jill has been a part of the Maloof team since 1995. She began her career in real estate at a title company where she conducted real estate searches and closings.
At Maloof Commercial Real Estate, she is a licensed broker/administrative assistant and is responsible for supporting the entire team. Her ability to combine her talent and energy makes her a valuable associate.
Libby joined the Maloof team in 2013. She began her career in real estate in 2005 as a residential salesperson and then in 2009 joined a retail development company as an assistant. She maintains all the marketing for Maloof Commercial Real Estate and provides administrative assistance for the staff.
Terry graduated from Illinois State University, obtained the CPA certification and spent 8 years with Price Waterhouse. Terry opened a private practice in 1988 and has provided services to a diverse range of businesses and individuals, including real estate owners, brokers and developers. Terry joined Maloof Commercial Real Estate Company in 2009 and is responsible for oversight of all financial and tax matters. Terry provides his more than 30 years of experience to coordinate with staff, clients, and tenants to provide comprehensive lease administration.
Kim has been with Maloof Commercial since 1989. She handles the day-to-day financials of all the company groups, supports the property management team and assists with tenant communications.
